We can do this! Life (and weight) is a dance. Truthfully, I’m glad it’s not easy, it forces me to be active and to eat nutritious foods which in the long run is better for my overall health.

Interesting! Swimming brings the biggest boost to my appetite, I totally had to give up tri training because I was CONSTANTLY hungry (which is ok because I hated swimming anyways).
